The aim at Auto Shop is to provide motorists with a buying process that is not only quick and easy, but that can save you money as well.

From the first time you contact us, right through until you take delivery of your new car, our team will assist you with all the aspects of your purchase. It is our belief that the best prices do not need to be at the expense of excellent service.

This is how buying a vehicle from DC Cook Direct works:

1. Choose the car you require

2. Contact us and confirm these details with one of our highly trained Sales Advisors

3. Place a deposit by debit or credit card to order your vehicle

4. Your order documents will be posted to you

5. Once we receive your signed documents back, your car is ordered

6. We keep you updated with the progress of your order

7. When your car is almost due, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of your final balance or, if you’re taking advantage of one of our finance packages, the finance agreement is actioned

8. Your new car arrives with us, is inspected, registered (if not already) and taxed

9. We contact you to arrange your delivery

10. You drive away your new car
