This is how buying a vehicle from DC Cook Direct works::

1.       Choose the car you require

2.           Contact us (via phone, call back request or visit us) and confirm these details with one of our highly trained Sales Advisors

3.       Place a deposit by debit or credit card to order your vehicle

4.           Your order documents will be posted to you, or presented to you is you have visited us

5.       Once we receive your signed documents back, your car is ordered

6.       We keep you updated with the progress of your order

7.       When your car is almost due, we will contact you to arrange payment of your final balance or, if you’re taking advantage of one of our finance packages, the finance agreement is actioned

8.           Your new car arrives with us, is inspected, registered (if not already) and taxed

9.       We contact you to arrange your delivery

10.   You drive away your new car
